It's a great opportunity to meet new people and make new friends by getting out of the house for few hours. At the same time you're helping yourself to stay fit and active, that is if you don't indulge too much at lunchtime.<br /><br />There is no charge for joining in, only the cost of your own meal and drinks at lunchtime.
